Because Anxiety Said So: Physical Symptoms of Anxiety

Dizziness, stomach aches, headaches galore,
What was going on? I can’t take much more.

Google searches, jumping to conclusions, full of gloom,
An overwhelming sense of darkness and of doom.

Am I dying? Have I even lived?
I have so much to offer, much more to give.

Achiness all over, could it be the flu?
Anxiousness, fear, a general feeling of blue.

I am sick doc, can you help me yes, maybe or no?
The answer is anxiety, I wish it wasn’t so.
